Terms of service

These terms apply when you use BrainifAi at brainif.ai, a service provided by the operator of this service.
The service
BrainifAi gives each member of your organization a Brain: an assistant that remembers what you tell it, follows up on your behalf and works with the tools you connect.
Accounts
Your workspace owner invites members. Keep your sign-in details private and tell your owner if you think someone else has used your account. The owner and admins can deactivate accounts in their workspace.
Who can use BrainifAi
Members and guests must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you sign up or accept an invitation. Owners and admins must not invite anyone under 18.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, to send unsolicited messages, or to try to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend access that puts the service or other people at risk.
Your content stays yours
What you and your Brain store remains yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, and you can export or delete it at any time from Settings.
Your AI
Your AI, your bill. BrainifAi runs on your own AI — your API key or the AI app you sign into on your computer. We never charge for or cap your AI usage. Your plan sets how much your Brain does each day (Brain actions), how long it remembers, and what it can connect to.
The AI provider you use has its own terms for what is sent to it, and its charges are between you and that provider.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are charged through our payment provider. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- Organization: an annual commitment with a 25-member minimum.
- Regulated: an annual commitment with a 25-member minimum.
Add-ons
Add-ons are billed for every member: a per-member add-on is charged for each member of your workspace, every month. A flat add-on is charged once a month for the workspace. You can add or remove add-ons at any time.
Support access
When platform operator support signs in to your workspace to help, the session is audited and shown to your workspace admin. On the Regulated plan, support signs in only at your request.
Free tier
Free plan condition: your workspace takes part in anonymous cross-organization learning. Only the shape of recurring work is shared (the names of tables and work-item kinds, in order), and only when a minimum number of organizations have the same pattern. Your content, people and records never leave your workspace. On the Organization plan workspaces take part by default and an owner or admin can turn it off; Regulated plans never take part.

Only the shape of recurring work is shared (the names of tables and work-item kinds, in order), and only when a minimum number of organizations have the same pattern. Your content, people and records never leave your workspace. Whether your workspace takes part depends on its plan:
- Free: Taking part in anonymous pattern sharing is a condition of this plan.
- Individual: Taking part in anonymous pattern sharing is a condition of this plan.
- Team: Taking part in anonymous pattern sharing is a condition of this plan.
- Organization: Your workspace takes part in anonymous pattern sharing by default; an owner or admin can turn it off at any time.
- Regulated: Your workspace never takes part in anonymous pattern sharing on this plan.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell workspace owners before a material change takes effect.
