Your AI, your bill. BrainifAi runs on your own AI — your API key or the AI app you sign into on your computer. We never charge for or cap your AI usage. Your plan sets how much your Brain does each day (Brain actions), how long it remembers, and what it can connect to.

It connects your tools and adds the apps you need
- Connects your toolsSalesforce, HubSpot and Twilio. Other services from the FlowClick catalog are listed as they become supported. A person approves every connection, and your Brain never sees a password or key.
- Adds appsPick apps from the FlowClick catalog and see what each one needs before you allow it. The owner or an admin approves, or ask your Brain to find one.
- Suggests apps to buildWhen it spots work you repeat, it suggests an app. Build it after a quick check of the name and description, or dismiss it with a reason.
- Your plan decides what it can doAbilities such as long-running tasks, handoffs, sharing, automations and channels are switched on by plan. If something is not in your plan, your Brain says so and shows how to upgrade.
Privacy
Your memory stays yours
- Private memory stays privateWhat your Brain remembers for you is never posted to Slack, Teams or a mailbox.
- Channels use team knowledge onlyWhen your Brain replies in a channel, it answers only from what your team has shared.
- Pattern sharing, by planOnly the shape of recurring work is shared (the names of tables and work-item kinds, in order), and only when 5 or more organizations have the same pattern. Your content, people and records never leave your workspace. Free: takes part as a condition of the plan. Individual: takes part as a condition of the plan. Team: takes part as a condition of the plan. Organization: takes part by default, and an admin can turn it off. Regulated: never takes part.

Private by default
Each person’s Brain memory is theirs. Teams share only what someone chooses to share.
You set the limits
A Brain asks before acting above its autonomy ceiling, and a daily action budget caps what it can do on its own. On the Organization and Regulated plans, admins set the ceiling for everyone.
Your plan decides what Brains can do
Abilities such as long-running tasks, handoffs, sharing, automations and channels are switched on per plan and enforced where the Brain acts.
Every action explained
Ask why your Brain did something and see the reason. A full audit trail, with export on the Organization and Regulated plans.
Your data, your call
Export everything, or delete everything, at any time.
Each organization is walled off
Every organization runs in its own isolated account, and Brains never read another organization’s data. Cross-organization learning shares patterns only, never content, needs a minimum number of organizations, and is always off on the Regulated plan.
Your AI, your keys
Use your own AI provider key, or the AI app you sign into on your computer through the desktop connector. Keys are stored write-only and never shown back. Connecting a new service always needs a person to approve it.
Builds stay in bounds
Apps and automations a Brain builds run inside a defined scope, and changes to the Brain’s own configuration are protected.
Regulated plan
Per-organization encryption keys, regulated retention defaults, audit export and a BAA acknowledgement.
