Privacy notice

Template text: the operator should review before launch.

This notice explains how the operator of this service handles personal data in BrainifAi at brainif.ai.

What we store

Your account (name, email and role), your organization, your workspace settings, and a log of activity names such as "brand updated". We never store your AI provider key in our tables.

Your Brain's memory

Your Brain's memory is yours and private by default. You can export it or delete it at any time in Settings.

Sharing

Anything you choose to share is shared inside your organization only. Free workspaces, and paid workspaces whose owner or admin turns it on, also take part in anonymous cross-organization learning as described in the terms.

Sub-processors

We use a hosting platform to run the service, a payment provider for paid plans, and the AI provider your workspace connects.

Retention

Memory is kept for the number of days your plan includes, and is then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can object to how it is used.
